We know you’re busy planning your outfits, finding your hash name, organizing your drinking schedule, and generally getting your shit together for EuroHash 2027.
But PLEASE READ THE WEBSITE. 😂
The EuroHash 2027 website is the official source of information. It is where we will keep the most current and accurate information about the event.
We are continually updating the website with all the things you half-minds want and need to know. Some updates will be big enough that we’ll shout about them on Facebook and WhatsApp. Others will be smaller updates that simply appear on the website.
We will not announce every single change.
So please, check the website regularly.

The FAQ section is invaluable. Seriously. Use it.
We add to it and update it quite often as new questions come up, plans change, and we realize there is yet another thing you lot need explained. You have a question? Check the FAQ, There is a very good chance we have already answered your question.
We do not send out an announcement every time the FAQ is updated.
For example, information and instructions about accommodation, including the accommodation partner email, booking information, and instructions, can be found in the FAQ.

We have EuroHash accommodation partners BUT…
These are NOT your only options!
Bucharest has plenty of hotels, hostels, apartments, and short-term rentals, so choose your own adventure. 🏨🏠🍻
We’ve negotiated some accommodation options with our partners to make things easier, but you are absolutely not required to stay at any of them.
If you find a hotel, apartment, hostel, or other accommodation that suits you better — or you find a better deal — book it!

All accommodation is self-booked and self-paid.
You are responsible for making your own reservation and payment directly with the hotel or accommodation provider.

You find your own roommates.
We are not doing room assignments or matching people up. If you want to share, find your own people and make those arrangements directly with the accommodation provider.
Want your own room? Book your own room.
Want to stay somewhere completely different from our partner hotels because you found a better deal?
Absolutely!

Of course, you are also welcome to book through other booking platforms if you find a better deal or simply find a place that suits your needs better.
The accommodation partners are options, not obligations.

The website is the most efficient way for us to keep 1,000+ people informed and make sure everyone has access to the same, up-to-date information.
Facebook and WhatsApp are there to help point you toward the big stuff and, more importantly, connect you with other hashers.

🍻 DURING EUROHASH — CHECK THE WEBSITE!
This is especially important during the actual EuroHash weekend.
We will have approximately a thousand things happening at once. We will be running around, putting out fires, herding hashers, dealing with venues, buses, trails, food, beer, and whatever other chaos you lot create.
We simply will not have time to send thousands of emails every time something changes.
All important updates during the EuroHash weekend will be posted on the website.
So if you are wondering:
