Accommodation

Is accommodation included with my registration?

  • No, accommodation is not included with your registration. However, we have secured room blocks at select hotels and will be releasing booking details later this year. We’re also actively working on securing additional hotels and negotiating the best possible rates for attendees—stay tuned for updates.

Where will updates and other important announcements be posted?

  • All updates and announcements will be posted on the website in the Updates section. Please bookmark the site and check back regularly to stay informed.

Airports & Arrival

Which airport should I fly into?

  • OTP (Henri Coandă): Main international airport.

  • BBU (Băneasa – Aurel Vlaicu): Short-haul European flights via Wizz Air and Ryanair.

 

How do I get to the venue from the airports?

 

Registration & Payment

I made an error on my registration. How can I fix it?

 

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?​

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Some company email systems block automatic responses.

  • Check your name is on the Who's Cumming List 

  • There may be an issue with the email address on file (for example, a typo). Please email misman@eurohash2027.eu, please provide your email address, and rego number.

 

Why am I not on the “Who’s Cumming” list?

  • Your registration was not completed fully.

When will I receive an email with payment information?

  • Payment instructions will be sent in March.

 

I’ve paid but I’m not on the list.

  • The list isn’t updated in real time.

  • If it’s been over a week, email misman@eurohash2027.eu with your payment details.

 

I received a “not paid” email. Can I pay later?

  • No. Deposits for venues and buses are due early, so timely payment is required.

 

I registered and paid, but can’t attend. Can I get a refund?

  • No. You can sell your registration to another hasher.

  • No registration transfers will be permitted before January 31, 2027, or after May 31, 2027.

  • A €25 transfer fee applies, donated to a local charity.

Event Info

Is there a theme for the Saturday night party?

  • We may announce a theme night closer to the event.

Weather & Packing

What’s the weather like in Bucharest in August?

  • It’s August in Bucharest: hot, sunny, and basically a portable sauna with highs of 28–32°C (82–90°F). Evenings are cooler, and the best part, most bars, restaurants, and hotels have air conditioning to rescue you from the heat.

Can I bring children along?

  • NO! Eurohash is strictly adult fun! Hashers must be 18+. Kids over 18? Absolutely, they’re welcome to join the chaos.

 

What should I do if I get lost during a trail?

  • Follow the marked trails and listen to the hares. If you wander off and get lost, stay calm, don’t start a new civilization. Make your way back to the last checkpoint, or wait to be rescued like a lost puppy. Don’t worry, we’ll provide emergency contact numbers closer to the date and on the day of the trails, so you won’t need to resort to smoke signals.

 

Transport & Other Things

Is public transport safe and easy to use?

  • Yes, Bucharest has reliable buses, trams, and metro. Tickets are inexpensive, and apps like Google Maps work well.​

 

Is Bucharest safe?

  • Yes, safer than you’d expect for a big European city! Crime is relatively low, so you can enjoy your trails, parties, and sightseeing without constantly looking over your shoulder. Just use common sense.

Do I need local currency?

  • Some small vendors prefer cash (RON), but most accept cards. ATMs are widely available.

 

Can I volunteer during the event?

  • Yes! Volunteers are welcome for trail setup, registration, and bars. Email: misman@eurohash2027.eu to help out.

 

Will there be souvenirs or merchandise?

  • Yes, Eurohash Hab will be available.

Is Wi-Fi available at venues?

  • Most venues offer Wi-Fi, though coverage may vary outdoors on trails.

Pre & Post Lubes

Who do I contact about pre- and post-lube activities?

 

I need to cancel or have a payment issue with a pre or post lube event.

  • Contact the organizer, unless the event is officially organized by Eurohash 2027 MisMan, we are not involved. 

 

Are more events coming?

  • Yes! Keep an eye on the listings for updates.
